Today my goodies came through the post, my mum bought my sister a shower pump that was returned and she had gift vouchers as a refund, so I could choose what I wanted which was, safety goggles, 3 ton trolley jack, new wire strippers, new compresion tester and a new 1/2 inch ratchet.

Anyway the jack.

Can't remember who made it now! lol Anyway £60! bargain!

I done this again later with amber there and I jacked it up mega high, she was scared incase it would roll, I'm well happy!

I have one like that at work and your right they are heavy except when you try and lift a tractor with it then the piston ends up fooked, haven't told the company yet.

I have had one like your small one for five or six years now.

Got it realy cheap. The yellow handle broke but I still keep the flimsy plastic cover over the piston on it because I'm a nutter. (Bloody thing falls off all the time but I insist on putting it back on).

Replaced the yellow handle with a bit of rope so I can pick it up.

If you weigh the metal in the thing its a wonder as to how they can ship the things from China. Let alone make them.

You get more for scrap metal in Europe than the cheap prices you can buy the kit for.
