Man that flat's looking nice. Can't beleive the price difference in housing. Down here a studio flat casts £90k. The 2 bed we rent is worth £140k.

Would love to buy a house/flat and do it up, love DIY Smile

Dumps will use any excuse to ban ppl. A guy I worked with got a bollocking for taking two, yes just 2 xmas trees down our tip.

Nearly a month since anything has hjappened, here.

I fitted a 5 tumbler yale for the insurance.

And today my mum and I were to get the bathroom sorted for the tiler tomorrow, tiler coming in means no hassle for me! yay!

So my mum picked me up this morning and we headed for Ikea for a breakfast. We then headed round and had a gander, then headed to B&Q.

Due to major dicking around things never really got started until 4pm!

Anyway we came through in the end.

ceiling lowered, lighting wired, bath fitted, toilet bowl fitted, gyproc put up and so on

lighting wiring, got 10 50w halogen lights from B&Q gor £24.95, bargain!

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2001.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

the things poking through the wall are the shower pipe and power supply

I always get the shit jobs - literally! The cistern wouldn't undo 1 of the bolts so pulled the lot off and had to drain the water out of the bowl

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2004.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

lovely and yes that is bits of shit

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2005.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2006.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2007.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dash%2008.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

It was abotu 1am and thus dinner time, I made a lot fo noise so we went out for food. Went to some all night greek place up the town, they got baked potatoes and I got a tuna cheese hot melt thingy, yes we scrubbed our hands!

[img:567:378:d378feb19c]http://www.renault-turbo.com/chris/em%20bath%20dinner.jpg[/img:d378feb19c]

went back fitted the bath etc

So its now 3:17 am and the tiler comes at 8am and I dunno if I am getting picked up at half 7 or not!

I am now beyond tired tbh

I have also drank 2 J20's of Ambers, 1 apple and melon not to good and apple and mango which is pretty nice.

yeah ikea telly stand.

the lights you need to have a cavity above for them, those lights need 150mm which is ok as we dropped the ceiling.

As for the loo just go roudn the corner to my mums, although I did pish in the new loo, just chuck a bucket of water down it to flush.

Its Chris btw not Amber! lol

I am uploading some more pics the now
