Can someone check and see if the 21toc has crashed , pretty please

Iv been trying to get onto the 21toc for the last few days but it keeps showing up as if the site is down/crashed ?? iv sent emails to the relevent people asking if its down but im getting no replys 
now because im on a rig it might be this computers here that are the problem but i dont know for sure

Could mean that the Administrator has screwed it up, or that the provider has screwed it up (as has happened to me!). |

Yeah, i think the site is fooked aswell, it did come back online for a wee while but it was all out of date,
im pretty sure they are on top of it anyway,
at least i know its not just my PC, that was the main thing
