have idiot baseball chavs living under me boom boom boom various jungle sounds different timrs of day reported to council say thay are closing the case due to lack of evidence been in this flat 3 yrs waiyting to be moved apart from violence aggresion which ive used before any other suggestions of sorting this its sending me grey |

report it to the police. Keep doing it they have to respond.
You can get them done under the new ASBO rules.
Say they tried to attack you then say you attacked them back, the police will be there in a jiffy. |
