Non launch control version.

The Omex Rev Limiter Clubman and Rev Limiter Clubman with Launch Control are high quality, microprocessor controlled units.

Both offer extreme accuracy by using Omex’s acclaimed increment and decrement buttons and LEDs. This removes inaccuracies due to tacho and reading errors and also means that the engine does not have to be revved unloaded.

Both Rev Limiters offer an extremely smooth rev-limiting action and a user selectable hard or soft cut option. The Rev Limiter Clubman with Launch Control also has an auxiliary rev limit which is operated with the supplied waterproof switch that can be mounted on the steering wheel or the gear knob. Set separately to the main limit, the auxiliary limit is used at the start line to prevent wheel spin or the engine ‘bogging’ down enabling very consistent results.

Both units are suitable for use with most 2, 4, 6, or 8 cylinder single coil engines that use points, electronic ignition or an ECU (or 4 cylinder DIS ignitions in the case of the twin coil units). However, neither is suitable for use with capacitive discharge (CDi) ignitions.
