I recently got a magazine off ebay, and it's got an article on the ph1 19 16v hatch. I thought you lot would be interested in seeing it! So here it is...

Quite a good article, and some interesting reading too. It says at one point that the car only puts out 92bhp at 5750rpm, and then that rises to the full 137bhp when it hits 6500rpm! So the power rises by almost 50% in only 750rpm! Unless I read that bit wrong of course! 
Ah well, you can read it for yourselves and decide! You'll probably need to save the pics to ur computers and then zoom in on 'em to read the text... but ur clever boys now, I'm sure you knew that already  |

Nice, another one to add to the set.
Not a bad write up actually, spot on about the engine, torque characterstics of the F7P are POOR |

I think its meaning that the 1721cc R19 TXE is 92bhp, and they have increased the bore by 1mm to take it to 1764cc, 137bhp for the 16v
I bought the same mag last week, a good read. |
