How the hell would you get hold of that?

Is four turbo's enough for a v12?

for a 3.5 i think its silly. i imagine 2 single larger ones would be much more efficient

Yeah (excuse the possible dumbass question) but i neva understood why the RB26 and supra JZ twin turbo engines the spend thousands converting to a single turbo. Aint the point behind a twin turbo engine to have better balance through the rev range with two different size compressors, one to spool up quick and one to carry?

yeah but the limit is on ultimate power and you can make a decent boosting turbo with split pulse inlets.

So twin turbo = acceleration and some top end.

Big single = comprimised accel but lots of top end?

its not that clear cut but something along those lines.

It simplifies a lot with a single turbo, plumbing etc.

My thinking was a 1.75litre engine running 2 T25 sized turbos (iirc that is roughly what they are) would be better off with a single bigger one.
