Got all the parts for the exhaust now. Apart from the nuts/bolts. What size do they need to be for the mani-downpipe and downpipe-cat. Need to get the bits before doing the job and can't find out till I start. Cheers .J

I just went to B&Q and got them.

About 50mm long with 13mm head, dunno the exact size etc as I know them when I see them.

Front might be a problem as the bolts go into a captive thread on the CAT itself. I had to drill em out after I used the grinder on the bolt heads.

Would be a problem but I've got a downpipe, Cat-replacement(straight through and a new rear section. This way I don't have to worry about old bits fitting on to new properly apart from mani-downpipe which shouldn't be a problem at all.

You're a very handy man for all the techy stuff you know. Very glad I found this site. Very Happy
