 R19 rear suspension mounting

Hi all.

I've driven my R19 Ph1 for couple of years now and I'm had enough of a certain banging sound. It comes from the lower mounting of the right shock absorber.
Some previous owner has put a piece of threaded bar and two nuts instead of the original bolt. Damn idiot. Image

Anyway, I'm going to go to a Renault service to get the necessary parts. Do I need something besides that original bolt? Like some washers perhaps?

yep bolt and washer. The bolt heasd is 18mm, do not get the later T40 bolt as used in meganes.

Hmm...
Had a look at the mounting. The threaded rod is a bit bent. How in the heck do I get it off? With a pipe wrench? Warming the suspension arm arounf the hole and cooling the rod?
