Anyone know how much I will be looking at for a rear axle for a ph2 r19 16v with fair to good condition bearings?

Apparently my 19 has met a curb quite violently in the past. Something the guy neglected to tell me when I was buying it!

Cheers mate, to your knowledge is this an easy job?
I've got a real dramatic inverted camber on me rear n/s.
Was told an axle swap will be the easiest solution. plus my r/w bearings are fooked

aye, its an easyish job and you can have mine.
where abouts are you?

i will warn you thou i have a few more items i need to strip off the car before i can get to the axle (as its sitting in my front garden)
I will need the shell mobile to get it out on the road which is when i will drop the axle off it.
it will have to be done the same day as the lorry comes to collect the shell, gonna try to book the lorry for late pm, so if you have not sourced another one by then (couple of weeks at most til mine is available) then you can come over and help me get the thing off, that will give u a clue about how to go about swapping them over on your car Smile
