I got a set of 4 toyo proxe T1-S tyres in august last year, and by may this year the rears were pretty much bald. So I swapped my front's to the back, and got 2 T1-R's for the front. That was in may, and now my T1-S's on the back are pretty much bald again, so the car is going through rear tyres like hell for some reason. They are also wearing on one side more than the other. One side of the tyre I mean, not one side of the car. But I forget if it's the inside or outside.

Anyway, my question is, is rear wheel alignment possible on a 19 16v? I just spoke to my local tyre place and he said that he didn't think they even had any adjustment for the rear wheels so probably I have a suspension bush gone or something.

Is there an adjustment? Any ideas what could be causing uneven wear on the rear tyres? Car seems to handle fine like, no obvious suspension problems, so I dunno

Cheers guys

handbrake it into a kerb to adjust it, you'll probably find someone has already done that and thats why its wearing funny.

So......um.....yeah.......back to my original question........is there an adjustment on the car then? I'm guessing no from chris's comment, but 'no' would've done just fine.

Would a suspension bush or something else to do with the suspension cause uneven wear like this? It hasn't been since I had the car like, it's just started happening since last august-ish, and I haven't hand-braked it into any kurbs lol, so that isn't the problem! So yeah I dunno
