Used to activate the central locking, remote sensor is located inside the car on the roof, and the key fob is obviously the key itself!

Point the key at the sensor once out the car and plip it to lock/unlock at your leisure.

you will need to have the new fob programed to match the sensor though,
it may cost a bit .

Won't work! The infra-red sensor and key are a matched pair, can't reprogramme them!

well like he says - "there is a set on ebay"

ie, the sensor and the fob. Reprogramming anything doesnt come into it.
