can anyone advise me on removing this roof mounted centre console, as i am replacing the sunroof and have got all the rest of the trim removed and as i was trying to remove this bit, it just kept flexing to the point where i thought it might snap or break into bits. is there any retaining screws or is it just a case of keep flexing it about until it pops off?

there are 4 screws if i remember right
remove the light lense, that just pops out, then there is 2 screws holding the bulb holder in and then under that there is a further two which holds the thing to the roof, when the screws are undone it slides backwards to remove |

pop the lense out, then pop the light housign out then remove the 2 T20 screws and it then slides back out of the headlining. |

thanks guys, should do today, but got one awful splitting headache, one of them that kills your head every time you move??? still taken some neurofen, so give it an hour and we shall see, painful even writing this, lol, ouch, lol, ocuh..... |
