You cant just 'stick' a turbo on a non turbo clio engine. JB - Its a jump from about 60 to 93bhp, thats why:P and still keeping the 45-50+ mpg. Fair bit of work to put a petrol engine in too I think with putting the proper fuel lines etc in..?

If I am right thats the lucas pump which is quite different from the bosch pump so its not the same.

Cos I can't see and /or remmber where th erest of the stuff is

Image

Red is the turbo boost thingy, this increases the fueling to go with the boost, I honestly cannot remember if you can mod the thing, some have dimples ont he diagphram etc you can flatten thus get more go etc.

Blue is the pumps delivery screw. Will be tamper proofed.

The black cable whichgoes to the back of the pump (if you look at the blue arrow its in the lower Vee and goes down over the fuel pipes) thats the warm up fast idle module thingy, cable should be tight when cold and slack when hot. The fast idle screw is down there to somewhere.

The anti stall screw is the bolt thing on the throttle arm at the front of the pump.

If you fiddle as its at your own risk, I migh tbe wrong cos last time I played with a ren diesel pump was last century in the good old 90's. If I had a td here I could do it but I don't so I cant.
