Anyone know anywhere online that sells replacement sills for a three door 19?

nope, you need to get 5 doors and cut them to suit.

OK cheers! I took both skirts off today because i could see one side was gone on the seem. the nearside funnily enough was perfect still while the offside was shot! Seems strange, usually its the nearside that goes first.
Just been cleaning it all up ready for welding. the inner sill's fine. I'll up the pictures later.

I took the skirts off and after not much tapping away i revealed this...

Then i set about cleaning away the buggered metal ready for the welding..

It's strange that because the other sill is white but that one was black. i was thinking it was strange, everywhere else is white. Confused

who chalked it up as well?

as standard all the sills are body coloured, any signs thats its been changed?

Theres no sign of colour change anywhere, the marks you can see that look like chalk are off my keys when i was tapping about. The black on that sill doesnt look like the paint, its more like a matt finish. Very strange!

yeah strange, the paint under the skirts is pretty matt though

yeah exactly, which is why I think the black one may be a replacement
