Can any tell me if Aftermarket speakers will fit my PS1? If so , does anyone know what sizes I'll need Front + rear??

17cm front and 16cm rear.

just get 6 1/2"ers all round it what i did the ones in the dash are 10cm best thing to do is go dwn o your local motor world and pick up a set of phoneix gold components they've been reduced from 99.99 to 65.99 i think

don't put normal speakers in the dash, keep the stock tweeters.

no change um their poo get some god quality aftermaret speakers all round

I've got Infinity tweeters in the top dash and matching Infinity speakers in the doors, with a passive crossover. I'm no ICE expert, but it sounds pretty good to me...

Standard tweeters are pretty crap. Good for what they are, but still crap.

Stanard renault speakers have always been well above the norm, its only recently others manufacturers have started fitting decent setups as standard, thats not to say it can't be improved of course

When the megane was new nothing in its class could match it for sound quality

you could keep the stock tweeters if you wanted to just you wont hear em with a decent set of components

Got Infinity Components running of an Alpine amp in the Clio.

Bloody good speakers. French build quality comes into play at loud volumes and the car rattles.

typical french for ya there finch lol, the scoobs got the phoneix gold ones in em and they are amazing runnin of a kenny unit

the stock phillips speakers are very good.

roddy bought infinitis for his 21, he took em back cos they were no better than the phillips.

i think the stock ren tweeters are very good.

The ones in my 172 are stock, sound really good for standard fit items.
