 resizing an animated gif image?

Okay, maybe I do. You gotta have a bit of software that will open GIFs with all their frames for starters. Most programs (photoshop for example) will give you an error saying you're trying to open an animated GIF so only the first frame can be displayed, which is obviously no use.

I did these in Adobe ImageReady. Opens GIFs with all their frames. Then you just go to Image > Image Size, tell it the size you want it. Job done

its the new avatar i am after i have the gif animation and needs resizing as its a bit too sizey for this website.
can you do it for me if i send you the animation please?
