Bit of a strange one.
Usually when i start the car from cold it idles at 1000rpm which is ok, but then it will suddenly drop to almost stalling point just managing to chug away for a few seconds before it shoots back up to 1500rpm and eases buck down to 1000rpm again.
This cycle goes on every 30 seconds for about 5 minutes before it stops.

This also happens while driving and i get loss of power, but if i wack my foot down it kicks straight back in but with a nasty jolt.

This happens regardles of throttle possition, but only when im keeping it in the same possition (if the revs drop i move the throttle and they fly back up again).

Its done this before, but it was during very heavy rain, or driving through water, but now its every time i start the car.

Any idea what the cause of this could be?

Any ideas much appreciated!

lol this is common, you sound surprised by it!

I always find changing the CTS to solve it.

Fookign annoyign though when the foots nearly to the floor and its just idling then it stutters and revs up.
