allright i have a confession to make
i have found some alloy wheels on freeads the other day as most of you allready know,i went to see them today and bought them with 185/55/15 tyres (nearly full thread on them) valve caps and all in there .

i paid 60quid for all ,now this is a robbery ,is not it ? Razz

they will look well different on the r19 ,i have never seen a r19 with them alloys on . need a good clean on the insides before i fit them .

i wont be able to put them on yet ,they need a good clean first (not that they are dirty at all) but then i want to paint my bogging ,rusty rear brake drums into black to cover the rust . its not very nice to have alloys on a car with fully rust coloured drums now is it???
here they are as as set of four before cleaning and more

any ideas on painting the rusty drums , would hammerite be allright on them just to cover the rust color???? or will i have to get some high temp resistant spray ????

i managed to find her place at 6pm ,it was well fuckin dark .i went in the alloys were in the garden waiting for me to look ,she was too nice brought me a torch as well so that i can see if they are dodgy or not.

i have just got back for the forth time from fixing that damn pc....its sorted now tho....off to bed as i have to get up in the middle of the night (6am) to go to some meetin miles away that i wont be able to contribute towards....still its a day out i guess.

hope itsgonna be a nice day tomorrow ,i got 2 days off now ,enough time to fix my aux drive belt and fit my alloys plus do some xmas shopping .

well I got up early andc it was dark and horrible, its still the same now!

Its martyr David, welding classes, I should try and get some, but if I had a decent welder I wouldn't need em! I take it you use mig? I have a crappy arc welder here.
