This is just to gauge interest as my personal circumstance have changed thereby allowing me to stretch to a new car rather than do an engine conversion;

1.8 RSI engine for sale,
c/w loom,
rsi driveshafts,
all manifolds,
downpipe with lambda,
ECU (albeit phase 2),
top engine mount,
alternator,
starters,
coil

This engine was on 80-odd k at removal time and is beleived to run well.

I also have an RSi gearbox on ebay - if someone wants the above plus box and catches me before thursday lunchtime i will sell the lot as one! Likewise the the RSI PAS pump!

Offers/interest? Confused

BBRicer: Yup, its an F3P Smile

Chris: No, haven't managed to sort that loom issue yet...price wise, i'd like to cover my costs which was about 150 delivered to me. If you're interested...we could come to some deal as i need the cambelt on mine doing plus 16v calipers fitted and an ARB Smile

Both! lol

Basically i need;
- Cambelt and tensioner fitted to mine (already),
- 16v rear shocks fitted to mine (already got),
- 16v Front calipers fitted to mine (already got),
- ARB fitted (don't have but can probably get at scrappy)

If you're up for doing that lot and want the engine then cool, you've got a deal!

The 8th or 9th is the earliest i can get down as i'm away this weekend?

Pick a day though, the 8th or the 9th.

Date wise i'm not fussed...the sunday so i'll have time to get the ARB drop links and inner brackets?

Oh, from project Y? Aye, that should be good enough for me...as long as the calipers get swapped...solid discs are a disaster zone!

So final deal is all my RSI parts (inc the stuff on ebay) in return for the work above?

Fingers x'd my car will make it down with all that in the back...got to drive to aviemore this weekend and i'm getting nervous about the cambelt! lol

yeah mate, but the discs and pads are spanking new so want 30 quid for them which is about 20 quid short of what I paid!

Also for my carrier do an exchange on your 16V carriers...
