the k reg white hatch valver i have been seen on the same spot for over a year without being vandalised etc had the drivers window smashed today .
i worked a lot to chase the owner of this car but could not get to anywhere with legal ways ,got in touch with the local police ,dvla and council and none of them were able to give me the contact details of the owner due to data protection act ,i even asked the police to give my number to the owner so that he can get in touch with me ,no luck .damm burocracy Evil or Very Mad

now some nasty bastard will probably tow the poor valver one night and we will probably see the bits of it on ebay someday . sad really sad

in fact during my burocracy war trying to find the owner ,i came across to the owner of the land the car is parked on and he said he does not know who the car belongs to either but would be happy if i tow it away ,he was rady to give me a receipt too .but even if i apply for a v5 and get it ,i do not become the legal owner of the vehicle

just go get it, lol

when did the car run out of tax ?

if u don't have it someone else will, or the council will tow it away for it to become a cubed r19.

get the V5 once u have the car in ur possesion

hang on people ,the car has a owner if i may remind you .
i have been to police station to ask them for help and they told me that they contacted the owner and he said the car broke down and he doesnot have the money to tow it at the mo ,that sounds like total bolocks to me.

but will have another trip to the police station with a cheekier attitude this time .

the tax ran out the end of 2003 but the car is on private land which does not belong the owner of the car

If it has been on the owners land for X amount of time and not claimed, suely the owner of the land should have the say in what happens to it, If he wants to give it away then so be it!

surprised the land owner has not scrapped it then.

tax out end of 2003 ?

well seems the owner is that bothered about it if it's been there over a year!

he was prolly surprised when the police contacted him, i bet he left it where it was cos he cba to do anything about it.

you are prolly doing both the owner and the land owner a favour by having it away.
