Hi everyone and merry christmas from Iceland Smile

I've come across a new task in my R19. The screen wash motor hasn't worked since i bought it. At first i tried cleaning the nozzles that spray on the screen, but no go. Then i thought that maybe some wires or connectors were out of place, since the motor and compartment are close to where the impact my car suffered is. But it seems not so easy to get the resevoir out but so i waited with that but i encountered instead two loose connectors nearby. One comes from the screen wash motor itself but i have no idea where the other end is coming from. I took pictures of them....can anyone think of where they should be connected and maybe this is my problem after all? Embarassed

It doesnt seem like these two connectors fit together but....my common sense tells me they should be connected to something atleast ? Rolling Eyes

the right angled plug goes into the back of the headlight, it is the headlight level adjuster.

the one at the screen wash bottle is for the rear washer.

You checked the fuse? Also your fuse box problems may be part of why its not working. But the pumps do sometimes just die.

Get a multi meter on the wiring plug and someone to operate the washers, there should be 12 volts at least there.

so that they only have to make one loom for the whole range. Car manufacturers arent into using different parts across the range.
