Just looking at there drawing....my T peice doesnt go where that one shows it to be...i've just got a normal hose coming off my press fit, which goes up at 90 degree to the bottom of the T peice.

Edit: hmm, actually im not all that bloody sure now, confusing design Razz all i can say is its the pipe that comes out of the bottom of the t-peice, and whatever thats connected to is leaking.

well anyway if its going into a metal T piece then it'll be a hole in the metal T piece and B&Q have suitable T pices for the suspended one but not for the press fit into the head itself.

Managed to get home early yesterday and get a good look in the bay and have discovered its actually leaking from here:

Gonna remove all the hoses in that section on the weekend (weather permitting) and seal them.

Bah, took the whole lot off today, turn out that the hose from the bulhead to the t peice is split and the hose that goes down from the t-peice is split, will have to try and get some new ones.

What hose might that be then? rubber braided hose? Seen a reel of that stuff in halfords....no price on it, which is typical of the parts section in my local.

nope, its a mixed metal system anyway and copper is fine. Its used int eh system elsewhere anyway, in the heater matrix end tubes for example.

yes the braided stuff is the rubber hose you need, it has to be able to withstand the pressure and heat.
