 seat runner bolts/nuts?

4 13mm nuts each seat under the car

you must have taken them out before chris , are they likely to be corroded and hard to get out ?

yes, i told u they will likely be very rusted and stuck. like chris suggested to me, if a simple 13mm wont do it, whack a 1/2" on there hopefully shocking it into submission...

If you can't get the 13's undone then you can take the seat off the runners inside the car but you still can't remove the carpet.

i did take the seats out allready ,just want to get the runners out so that i can remove the carpet without the need of cutting it.

go to halfords and buy a 6 sided deep socket, shoudl do the job with the runners
