Just lowered my Seat Cordoba on a set of uprated shocks and springs - 50mm.

Now, as far as I'm concerned, the ride is just to stiff for the amount of miles I do. Is the way forward, therefore, just some 35mm springs on the standard shocks? Will this put excess strain on the original shocks and the ride still be stiff?

In all honestly I'm happy with the ride / handling but it just looks too high for my liking.

Ideas?

what do you expect?

They spent ages getting the handling and ride suitable then some muppet sticks shorter and stiffer gear on it then moans when its to hard!

You own fault here methinks!

Shorter springs on stock dampers will make a difference but nothing astounding, other option is to chop a coil out. And if you really must get it heat flattened at the the end.

Will try some -35mm springs on standard shocks in that case Smile
