I mentioned a few days ago that i was 100% sure i had been caught by a mobile camera unit 60 odd in a 30 zone. well, my mum just phoned, the NIP arrived this morning, and i was doing 50. Quite glad really since i knew i had been caught, but i thought it was worse. |

shit unlucky mate...thats changed my mind at all the slow bastards on that road...mind u i have still yet to see a mobile unit on that road.
another sneaky place is on camarthen road...if u r heading downhill towards town there is a fixed gatso...so u slow down for that then of course every speeds up..well one day just around the bend from the gatso was a bleedin mobile unit...catchin everyone as they sped back up!!! cheeky bastards!
now is that sayin that the camera wasnt doin its job to increase safety so they had to put another one up, albeit temp! or did they just need more money....how they can get away with sayin it ISNT a money making scheme is beyond |

someone told me today that once a week in the Evening Post, they print where the mobile units are going to be! apparently they have to!
will be investigating this further....! |

yes by law you have to be informed of where they are.
And yes its not conductive to road safety only money making. |
