obviously some dickhead renault engineer forgot to have the plastic shields by the sides of the seats sprayed in black and i thought i shall do it nicely when i have the time .will post pictures soon as pos

i know ,thats what pisses me off . do you know how much a good can of black spray costs these days ?
black is beauty ,i will spray the whole interior in black ,the inside door handles are next

Wouldnt recommend that.

i think the paint will chip/wear off quite quickly, particularly on items that are subject to constant touching, rubbing and heavy handling, such as door handles.

the door handles were scratched as it is anyway ,they would not look any worse than what they were .
i am spraying a few coats and drying them with good heat (in the oven ) between the coats . they shall be allright me thinks but if not ,then a visit to the scrapyard will do it nicely . but i am quite sure they will be fine . thanks anyway guys

there are no 16v around me , and if i knew r19 16v did exist when i bought this car a year ago ,i would wait and buy one .

i painted my exterior door handles ages ago and they still have not chips/scratches. laquer them, that will protect them.

yeah i noticed that too ,are the pockets black in 16v models ?
