My Valver hasn't been touched for a month or so..

Tried starting it at the weekend, it turns over fine, there's a spark, there's fuel (I can smell it), but no go.. It won't fire..

Answers on a postcard please..

(Or below would do just fine..)

Do I need to be a bit more liberal with the WD40? I'm thinking as there's no oil in bores now there's not enough compression maybe?

hold the throttle fully open and try again.

Probably flooded itself.

Compression etc should be fine.

If that doesn't work pull the fuel pump relay out and try, if theres fuel so you can smell it then the engine should try to fire a few times, when it stops stick the relay back in.

I'm letting him have it for 300 notes.. He's a nice lad and it needs a bit of work doing to it - nothing major though..

What with his mint P2 wheels and leather he should have a tasty valver in the end..
