Fixed, it was that, the engine was mounted way back (as far as it could go), jack engine up and pulled engine as hard as i could forward and fastened bolts back down.

1st and 2nd gear hard acceleration = no vibration through wheel at all.

Hard left = yup no vibration either, however near me there is a very sharp left corner that is bumpy and down hill, i know its limits well and ragged it around it the bumps made it touch every so slightly still, but i reckon there is still more room to pull the engine forward.

A huge improvement, the wheel wobbling at 70mph is still there, but thats fine its just the balancing and ill get that done asap.

Cheers guys Smile , even tho i managed to find it myself!

Ok just repreated the process on a down hill slope which aided getting the engine CAS far forward as possible.

Looks like it might have made a hole in the downpipe, bloody better not have!

Nah thats just the heatshield if it has worn thru.

I had similar problem too...refitted decat and was a terrible vibration/rattle....rotated decat thru 180deg problem went away...must have been a bow in the pipe.
