there was a little motor show here in swansea last weekend...i went along for a look...as you do...its just a show for all the dealers to show off their new models and try and get sales tho...altho it has grown a bit to incorporate the obligatory fun fair ...

star of the show for me was the aston martins....the new DB9 and a Vanquish....awesome cars in the flesh....this one which was a show model had a price tag of 174 big ones!!! eek...

rover mg had a touring car there...very nice.....

bmw 7 series just a beast......its like a space ship...soooooooooooo comfy...i would fall asleep at the wheel everytime...not that it matters the thing practically drives itself...buttons for everything....dvd players, phones, gps, electric this electric that......amazing....the boot opens and closes itself...the doors close themselves if u just make the first catch,....21" wheels!!!!!!!

had the renault megane 225 there...a 182.....a luvley luvley luvley mitsubishi lancer evo jobby..which my son managed to set the alarm off on by tryin to open it heh heh

i could go on but its tiring...

other interesting one was a yokomoko-thingy...the ppl that do tyres....had a skyline outside for show....nice!

entered a comp too...which is a bit dubious....buy a number, which will be attached to a balloon which is then set free....whoevers balloon goes the furthest wins ...hmmmm how do they follow them? ah well..if i win i get a grands worth of wheels and tyres....sigh would be nice.

it is but sadly like anything else a 1.2 nova would ave it!

600bhp or something - nice but only when the cars moving.

topgear had a write up in the mag about it and apparently the traction control light flickered on at 125mph, thats my sort of car.

I read somewhere before that the tvr cerbera would wheel spin at 100 in the dry.

The mercs nice but a little refined for me. I wouldn't like an auto in a car like that

I miss driving an auto tbh, nice to drive, depends on the car I suppose.

Yeah i normally like autos, especially merc ones. BMW autos are horrible by comparison

merc autos I have been in have all been the older mercs and they fair bang into gear instead of a nice slur into the gear. My saab had a very good change.

Stus FTO has a horrible crappy change, his rover 820's was better but he says different but he just doesn't want to admit his rover was a better car!
