Went to a hill climb.

Got loads of pics but to get them up Confused

The start 150 cars, 30 or so motorcycles.

Think its a Renault 17

R 5 Turbo 2. This guy span on the corner below, heard the tyres just saw the back come around the corner. Shot off back down more tyre noise (hand brake), shot back round the corner leaving tyre marks.

The road legal cars come down on an open back road. The bikes all come back down the hill when the run is finished. Laughing The noise

South of France.
Outside a town called Pegomas. Its inland from Cannes by 15 Km or so.

This guy was going into the corners way to fast. Its a Ford with a side exit exhaust and it went by sideways. two corners up the screech, shit hes gone off the side of the hill. Run up to see and luckly he's found a barrier to sit on Laughing

I think that the nut on the steering arm could not have the threads stripped like that. Would have broken the bolt Laughing

Nice colours in there anyway

Normally if you put that much pressure on a mk2 they break in half in line with the rear seats thanks to rot! Laughing

my dad done similar in his mk2 escort, well he rolled it inn a field and the propshaft tore through the floor and went out the windscreen.

My uncle was in the passenger seat.

All before I was born so the car woudl have been 10 at most! lol
