Sorry I didn't get back to you about this Doc.

The guy seemed very cagy on the phone, could only go look at it at a certain time etc etc, wanted quite a bit for it by all accounts - wouldnt be surprised if highest bidder is a 'spoof' bidder by the seller tbh.
