we can also pitch a marque or a gazebo type thingie
the cars are on a hard stand but there is grass behind the hard stand for us to pitch such a thing, maybe doc could borrow one from the army lol
i think it would be a good idea to have just in case it decides to rain |

Theres money in paypal that should cover it.
Just the logo ok? I think it shows the web address pretty much on its own
Would fit a 12 x 12 tent good! |

south mimms on the 7th mate. I'll be meeting Neo about 7:30.
unless he comes to Aldershot with us?
I'll see what I can do with the poles.
I'll see what I can do about the poles.
I might be able to make them fit, but then there's no room for chris if he needs a lift.
I'll sort something . |

just to clarify one bit of information about tickets
you have to buy per person, not car.
example: if 2 ppl are coming up in one car, u need to get one ticket with a car pass and one normal ticket (there is no difference in price for either thou with advance booking) and ppl wishing to come and not displaying thier cars can just turn up on the day with you and pay on the gate at the standard price of £12.50 |

i was thinking of handing out tickets on the day, we all meet up before entering the showground, that way there will be no risk of losing them in the post. |
