am i missing a bolt here or what ? i thought there were meant to be 3 bolts holding it but there seem to be only 2

yes you are missing the long bolt

you also have a nice build up of crap on the hose stub. Take it off and get a wire brush on it, ou may need a screwdriver/chisel to remove the crud.

too many missing bolts and nuts on this car ,i wonder how its not falling apart

Well at least it will be a bit lighter without all those unnecessary bolts!
