These any good?

I presume it's just a standard sensor but it mounts in a slightly different position.
If this is the case, couldn't you just make up your own slotted mount so that the sensor can be slid to advance or retard the timing?

Waste of money, im sure Chris H pointed out that the ECU would compensate for the change in timing making any change void.
