while messing with the airbox and stuff i managed to have a look at the throttle body as well and found something weird for me .here are some photos ,sorry they are a bit crap due to unexperienced photographer.

here is the throttle body after the cover taken out ,the thick pipe with yellow arrow goes into the throttle body cover ,what is it ? whats the function of it ? anyway i found lot of white oily stuff in the pipe which i find quite dodgy,it is obviously oil and water mixture but how and why ??
the yellow pipe connects to 2 other pipes with a t piece ,i have no clue where the blue one leads to but i can easily see the greenpipe going into the black cylinder thingy which i believe is the oil pump ?????

here is where the green arrowed pipe goes to

i have removed the yellow pipe from the t piece and here is the photo ,the red circle is where i took the yellow pipe out and inside is full of that white oily stuff again
i took the blue and green pipes off the t piece as well and seen that the blue pipe (pls tell me where that bloody pipeis leading to )is full of that white stuff ,literally full !!! and there is some white stuff in the green one as well .

so whats happening here then ?even though i have not got that much of knowledge about cars i can easily say that white stuff blocking all these pipes looks like a big problem .

thats your breathers at ferking last you found them and they are where I said they would be!

Also the green arrowed pipe that goes round the front, thats not the oil pump, thats the breather box thing I was referring to.

Remove it and wash it out with white spirit otr similar.

The white stuff is emulsified oil and water. This is a short car journey problem. Clean them out and give the car a good hard drive.

Yellow goes to the airbox before the throttle the green to the crankcase breather and the blue to the inlet manifold after the throttle.

hi chris ,
thanks for quick reply mate .i am getting more confident lately ,i did not dare to go that far before .but with this self confidence i have now about cars is ferkintastic ,so dont be shocked if you see me on the front page of a newspaper one day "welshman landed on moon with his home made r19 space shuttle" lol
so you are saying i have to remove that black cylinder (breather box) and clean it with white spirit right ? how does it come out though? just unscrew it or what?

feel round the back and then you will feel where it goes into the manifold. Then look in from the top and prise it off with a screwdriver.

The breather box has a clip on the bottom which holds it to the stub. Its the renault sardine clip so use a screwdriver to bend the tags back then bin the clip and use a normal jubilee clip to put it back on. Yes flush is out with white spirit.

can cause lots of things or no real problems if they are totally blocked.

right have tried to clean the white oily shit sort of today,i took the green pipe out from both ends (t-piece and the breather box) gave it a good clean with white spirit first than stuck a toilet paper from one end to the other ,its perfectly clean now.
but could not get the breather box thingy out ,i cant see clips around it ,it looks like welded into the block .inside of the bbox looks rather clean ,no signs of that white stuff.
on the other side i traced the blue pipe as well ,its not going that far but the access to where it goes inside the manifold is a nightmare ,i cant get the pipe out ,can i just spray some carb cleaner into the pipe from the open end ??
by the way after this cleaning operation ,i noticed some weird high idling ,its not a huge deal really ,but there is a difference ,i can feel.

cheers

just spray it through the open end, like I said it may run a bit crap for a wee while but its better than it bieng blocked.

How high is th eidle?

It will idle higher due to it breathing blowby now, but if you reset the ECU or leave it long enough it should sort itself out. The idle should be between 900 and 1000rpm btw.

yes there was a noticable difference with the drive after i cleaned the stuff off the pipes .on the road while at 50mph sticking the gear in neutral it goes down to 2000rpm stays there 3 secs, after a few seconds slowly goes down to 1500rpm and when i slow down more or stop the car on neutral it goes down to 1000-1100 .
how do you reset the ECU ?
