When i changed the inlets etc i moved this onto the new ones, ive just read another post in the forum by Neal stating dont move it as it needs setting up with a multimeter! i thought id set it right by adjusting it so it was just touching with the lever which moves it. It might be the causer of a bit of hesitation now and again when the throttle is partially open. How do i set this up properly? I own a multimeter!

Thansk in advance. Very Happy

Setting up. These are general values, its taken from a red TPS which is found on espaces, 16V's and so on.

3 wires, green red and yellow.

The outer wires, red and green are really what concern you. But on the other hand your reference voltage will also affect these readings!

red - yellow 5.78kohms 4.65V
red - green 2.01kohms 0.28V
yellow - green 4.27kohms 4.96V

So basically probe on the red wire, one on the yellow then adjust till i get 5.78kohms 4.65V then check the others? or have i read that completely wrong?
