Just heard on Sky News that there are going to be Petrol demonstrations this week, there have already been some protests at some BP garages where prices have reached 107p!
I can see this getting like the demos a few years ago, so I would suggest filling the tank up while you can

yesterday Neal and I had to stop at Donnington Services and price there was 98p a litre!!

I put petrol in the car on friday at tescos in southend and there it was 92p a litre.

basicly it cost me £40 in petrol yesterday to do the 300 mile trip to donnigton and back.

Some petrol stations down here (Sussex) are already running low...went to fill up this afternoon in light of likely fuel strikes, two petrol stations already have two pumps out of six on empty! Shocked

werd Dan, just been down to tescos myself to fill up and their prices have gone DOWN since yesterday to the same price you mention 90.9p

sat morning it was at 92p

from what i can tell, most of the supermarkets are keeping thier prices a lot lower compared to the likes of BP and Shell etc.

Tesco round here is 95.9p for unleaded and 97.9p for diesel. The Esso over the road from me though is doing unleaded at 93.9p and diesel at 95.9p! Tesco not keepin a keen eye on the competition here obviously! Rolling Eyes

I'm all for the demos. My work is all to do with surveying roads in an x-trail so I'll have to work from home if fuel dries up as I'm not filling up my 19 just to drive to work Very Happy
