right mine ar knackered and sounding like shite and it's got to me, any way what bits from the diagram do i actually need? many thanks

if you get all those bits seperate from renault expect to pay at least £200 (not including the shock absorber itself itself) and thats according to my price list which is now a year out of date.
GSF dont do the one for the 16v so thats not an option

you are better off getting some off a 19 thats being broken, just get the complete shock for each side

cheers, my shocks are fine it's just the top mount thats the probelm, would i be right in thinking that it's just the bearing that i would need?

Aye i would say so, are you getting a lovely creaking noise from up there then ?

your bearings are probably just dry, could be more cost effective to take the top mount off, give it all a good clean and regrease them, once you have the top nut from the shock off, the top mount comes apart and you get access to the bearings

yeah terrible creaking when turning, so a good clean an grease up should work?

Should do, when mine came off they were dry as a bone.
