yeah, no shit!

I take it either the owners of our cars at the time never took them in to be done, or the 'alternative metal' turned out to be no different? Rolling Eyes

Who reckons I can print that out and take it to my Renault dealer and blag a new pair of strut mounts? Wink

What about the dodgy gearbox seal on the output shaft. Cost me a new clutch.
My Ebay copy of the diggey things, (UK). Has a note saying that if the owner complains of the clutch slipping they will replace the clutch and mount the new type of seal.
Cool- but 10 years down the line you pay full price.

I had the clutch changed by Renault before I got the Doggy CD's off Ebay. So to hell with it, its done. Confused
Allso found the crack in the top mount before the wheel went under the car, or what ever happens if the the thing ripps out completely. ( Has anyone been there. Sad

Thats life.

Still love the drive. Very Happy
