Just got my hands on a pair of weber IDF carbs. These ones are from alfa romeo 33 1.5lts engine.
Would like to have a go with them on my clio RT.

The problems:
- They are 36 so not that much kits, jets, chokes for them.
- Looking at the IDF 40 datasheet I see something is missing from the 36 I got. It seems that this carbs were make by weber and jeted for the 33 engines and cant be rejeted for other engine. Some screws are missing.
I'll look into this again with more time.

Anyone knows anything about this carbs? What are they std setup on the 33 engine?
Where to get other chokes, main jets, etc etc...

lol yeah, look it up in th eyellow pages, should be under carburettors or automotive.

Chances are the carbs will be pretty close for the energy lump. I don't have my carb book here so can't give you stats for the alfa versions.

Its kind of hard here in Portugal to get anything actually, so would need so guidance from somewhere else.

sell them, get some DCNF's.
FIddling with factory fit carbs can sometimes be a pain when you start playing with carb jet drill bits and making your own chokes.

If you want i can modify the carbs for you. Dont worry about cost, just pay for the parts.
