Wish I had a garage, currently I have 2 sheds full of crap, a makro trolley with a 16V engine on it, 16V interior up at my flat, lots of various car bits in my mums room and 2 19's out the front filled with car crap.

I have enough stuff to build 1 twin engines 16V 19 and a spare 1.4 energy 19 with a spare engine, just from parts, need shells though.

lol know what what you mean still got the carpet and a drivers seat in the loft. got to clean and clear the garage a bit as my wife is eyeing a spot for the freezer. I've treid to explain its a garage for oily things but well you now.......... need to make space as I need another engine the one I got keeps p*****g oil so get another engine strip down and rebuild the one I got and hay presto 2 engines. also got to look at making a wheel rack.

you grudge throwing the stuff away. I have tubs full of screws etc as well, I am trying to sort them out into a wee drawer thingy, thing is there so many varient sof a T20 screw on the rens!

I had no trouble in keeping my spare fridge, Soneji got the freezer when I got a fridge freezer but I kept the spare fridge for juice and sweets etc, now thats living! lol except both are empty most of the time.

Wheres it pissing oil from? You got a breather catch tank or still into the manifold?

In shed 1 I have, 1 1.4 energy engine (E6J), 1 16V F7P, clio Rt exhaust system, 2 16V downpipes, megane 2l cab 16V front springs, various alternators, starters and a power steering pump, lots of wiring looms, 1.8 CVH sierra head, mini A plus cyl head and various junk.

beside the wheelie bins (we have 3! 1 for normal rubbish green, a blue one for bottle etc, a brown one for garden waste and a black tub for magazines, a bit OTT!) I have a stack of around 10 13 inch steelies.

In shed 2 I have 16V in 449 blue side skirts rear spoiler, 4 17 inch allessios, 1 5 stud 15 inch steelie and 4 16V turbines, steering column, various other bits and a gearbox in bits.

Then we have the 16V bonnet, front wings, side glass beside the shed.

Then the makro trolley with the 16V engine on it.

Oh and the old desk with the 16V driveshafts and bumpers on it. My back gardens a bit un-tidy.

What sort of wheel rack? A stacker or horizontal? They take up lots of room.

bloody right I grudge throwing stuff away! I had a complete interior but I ended up taking to the tip I just didn't have room for it, I did try selling it or giving it to people at the owners club but no one wanted the stuff.

I use the manifold not a catch tank. its blowing form the camshaft oil seal I think bit difficult to see. I think the top it getting to much oil pressure but can't be sure but it is throwing it out.

I have thought about keeping the beer chilled in the freezer whilst i'm working... now maybe if I mention that she might just be persuaded that the freezer can stay in doors.lol

I was going to go for a horizontal one at the back of the garage across my bench, there should be enough room for 8 wheels, I'll have to get the welder out, keep me out of the house at christmas. lol

I'm th esame mate, before i have tried to sell stuff then give it away but then end up binning it then you find some clown with a clio goes and buys what I was selling but he pays 200 quid for it when I was saying 20 quid!

Top end won't be getting to much pressure unless the relief valves stuck (not a know prob) or you stuck a washer in it to up the rating. Hopefully something nice and easy.

bear inmind if you drift the seal in to far then the oil port is uncovered so oil can piss out.

wouldn't be suprised if the valve is stuck it was standing for a while. but its always good to have 2 engines.

It makes you bite your tongue a bit, you feel like saying sometimes you could of had mine for the postage still there you go as they say.

the engines don't tend to suffer from being laid up for a while either, there are a few that start and run ine after years of idleness.

VX lumps have more lay up troubles.
