anywhere from 80 - 200 quid.
I can do them if you drop the car off for a few hours. (braeheads about 5 mins from me so theres stuff to do) |

Could anyone explain the procedre for replaceing the fron wheel bearings, or point me in the right direction. I know that on the rear they are pressed into the disk itself, but i keep reading the fronts are pressed into the hub?? Anyone got a minute to explain this to me so i can give google a break for a while... |

hub off, bang flange out, grind inner race off the hub flange.
Then remove the crap from the outer bearing which is still in the hub.
Remove circlip, then using a hydraulic press you normally need about 20 tons to get them shifting press it out.
Press new bearing into hub, fit circlip then press thehub flange into the bearing.
