where to meet? now with poll

brilliant ...i have no ideas about where to stay or how to get there....my only hope is to get up it somehow this year! can u camp nearby or something?

i know it may be a fuss but why not make the meet near by....then those who wish to can bugger off up nevis for a few hours while the others do something in the cars or whatever?

or is it very north and out of the way?

Well I have a spare bed so you can drive up then kip then we can head up early morn.

Got a tent etc as well and I don't think your allowed to camp but I'd like to see them shift me tbh.

I knwo how to get there no bother. We'll have to get roddy and the barge like comfy 21 to take us Wink

are you coming yourself or is the boy coming or mate etc?

ben nevis about 80 or so miles north of glasgow, I can get us there in an hour tops - about 2 hours if you get car sick as I will be leaving the ground numerous times.

Only reason i said Cumbria was cos its only an hour or so away from Chris, most people will be willing to travel, and the scenery is similar to that of Scotland...being in the same geographic region.

But like i say im for anywhere

yeah...if it cant be done at the same time...everyone meet up...then some go off to ben nevis for a bit....meet back up later..

or everyobe meet...then some go home others go on to ben nevis....

just trying to save 2 trips to scotland if i can help it.

im getting confused again now..

i can see chris's pov, but seeing as ive never been to a ren meet, im bound to say england.

how ever, like ben said, if chris is going to be going to his palce for this 19 v6 project, makes plan for a england meet too..

so atm the plan is to go to bonnie scotland as a whole, then split in 2?

or just go as a whole to ben nevis..

i dont mind were i go, long as there are cars, RR-regs and food.

i reckon scotland meet soon as in within 6 weeks

then after june an england meet then welsh un then we can all go and stay at Chets for new year, sounds like a plan to me!
