Nothing is a williams in my eyes! You think Williams made the blue carpet and dials? Or even farted in the direction of that 2ltr lump? I think not…. So nothing is entitled to be called Williams! |

Its not the point at all, it was badged as a williams so thats what it is. No other car no matter what bits from a williams it uses is a williams or can be called one |

well i think im right...if williams hardly touched the clio then theres nothing too special about it...so another car can be made identical 9willys use same suspension as 19 anyway)...and be called williams (if you want to) but i agree it wouldnt be an "original" renault williams...just same spec, so no diff.
only differences is that one is original as renault intended it, limited edition and all that the other is a replica...albeit exact replica. in fact it would have to be pretty much an original williams as where else would you get a renault williams 2.0 engine from if it wasnt an origina renault item?? and im not talking about 2.0 conversions using megane lumps or nothing. |
