car going into garage today for :

cambelt (complete kit)
water pump (while his there)
thermostate
and fule pump

rest i can do Laughing

well so come end of day ill be able to go for a good blast and not be afraid to give it some heavy right foot treatment

Ouch! That lot is going to cost a pretty penny for a garage to do! Shocked

No more than a few hours work there, should do it all yourself matey, we're here to help you with anything you're not sure about!

hopefully the fuel tank bolts won't all shear!

How much is it costing if you don't mind me asking?

i supply all parts and garage is charging £150 witch i think is not to bad!!!

only reason i getting garage to do them bits is dont fancy cam belt in case i do it wrong and fuel pump for the blots breaking problem and water pump cause its easyer for them to do it ill do things like fuel filter oil n filter breaks ect my self

all done and dusted apart from the bloody fuel pump have been supplied with wrong pt and the new part will cost !!!!! £109+VAT Shocked Shocked Evil or Very Mad SO WARE can i get one cheaper any ideas people????

Pretty much all in tank pumps are the same fitting. It may take a small bit of bodging but it'll be 100%

I'll be getting one for mine when the time comes

well they ain;t gonna make a different pump for every car are they, thats just stupid.

it will go straight in, you will need to put the 19's basket filter thingy onto the new pump though.
