Depends, the bearings might be alright.
When I replaced my suspension, I did get both parts, but that was a personal choice. |

The part you want is the rubber donut. This sits directly under the suspension tower at the top of the strut.
You can get it from GSF, part number R45714, £8.50 + vat.

Change the PS fluid, I use Slick 50 in mine and it is dead quiet now.
With the windscreen, try and get it done though your insurance (I assume you have some), excess is usually about £50-60.
