Unfortunately its come time to sell my car, this really is a reluctant sale, however I need the money to move out.

The car has been completely rebuilt less than a year ago. It has a fully re-build a reconditioned Williams engine. I bought an accident damaged Williams and used that along with a mint Clio shell to build this project. The car really is as new and I have receipts for around £30K now. I'm a perfectionist and got very carried away ensuring only the best parts were used in this car.

Exterior:
Full Maxi wide arch body kit including both front and rear bumpers, front and rear arches and side skirts. Body’s been fully smoothed including locks, aerial, bump strips, badges and fuel cap. Williams bonnet. Sprayed in a custom colour, black with a blue flip (turns dark blue when the suns on it).
18” lenso wheels.

Engine:
2.0l Williams fully rebuild and slightly tuned only 2000 miles ago, work includes:
Piper fast road cams,
Piper vernier pulleys,
Polished head,
Lighted and balanced crank,
Lightened and balanced Flywheel,
New group A clutch,
New crankshaft bearings,
New piston rings,
New camshaft bearings,
New water pump,
All new seals including up rated head gasket,
New cam belt and auxiliary belt,
New tensioners and followers,
Recondition alternator and starter motor,
All new plastic engine covers from Renault,
Reconditioned gearbox,

Suspension and brakes:
Williams rear axel and brakes,
New from Renault Williams front sub frame,
New front Williams lower wing arms,
Williams front calliper with over sized drilled and grooved discs,
Koni front coilovers,
Gaz fully adjustable rear shocks,

Interior:
Front Sparco seats and rears re-trimmed to match,
Interior fully smoothed and sprayed black,
7” wide screen mouled where oil dials used to be,
Oil dials moulded into glove box,
Williams carpet and mats,
Williams dials,

I'm sure i've missed lots of parts of the list but I hope it gives you an idea.

(Sorry i can't get the photos to display)

I'm open to offers (please PM me) and I have a figure in my head of what I could get if I split the car for parts so unless this is meet with an offer I will break the car. It is also worth noting that there are currently some small cracks on one of the rear arches and some stone chips to the front however if the right price is offered the car will be re-sprayed for the buyer.

Many thanks

I'd hope i could split the car for around £6K so i'm after offers over that really, but if i can't get any really offers at all within the next few week i'll split the car.

So serious offers on the body kit, or complete shell, doors, etc and offers on the engine will be considered.

Don't forget everything is new. I've got recipets for several grand for genuine renault parts. the radiator, front subframe, covers, seal, etc, etc are all from renault.

it is just smoothened widened and black

it is subtile compared to this http://www.mynheer.co.uk/images/clio2.jpg which is the most extreme but what most barry boyed clios look like (well mabye mre gaffa tape and neons)

defo the wrong form to sell it on though as most people here regret spending big bucks on cars

Why does the interior look a mess and unfinished?

http://mark-caseley.fotopic.net/p27781151.html

It might not be to everyones taste but i'd have thought a web site for fans of old renaults would have been a good place to sell a maxi bodied clio with a tuned williams engine.

Just going back through the pics, some of the early ones are a few months old before the car was finished thats why the dash top etc isn't in place. Is that why you think it looks a mess? The later ones show it complete.

There are also some rubbish photo's on there that are a bit blured etc. Its just where i put aload of photos before sorting them out.

Being honest mate i didn't really ask for your opinion on the car and i would have thought as a moderator you would have been the last person to be posting replies with just o that looks crap, espically on a thread in the for sale section.

I already said i know it might not be to everyones taste however if someone did want to turn it into a stripped out racer, then they can quite easily pull the interior out. doesn't cost any money to remove things from the car.

Would have just thought as a mod you'd have been a little more careful with your posts and its normally common courteous not to put negative comments in a for sale thread. Would have also thought you would have been abit more cautious about your use of language, but obviously not.
