hello all, thought i might start to list my project. I have a Renault 19 16v, hatchback 3 door. Its an 'H' reg, so is legally de-cat'ed by myself :D i hope to starting a website dedicated to this project, which i hope you will have a browse through and add some opinions, good or bad. i have been following neals restoration, and unfortunately, i only happen to live in a ground floor flat so space is a bit, um, hard to come by, so i have commendered some parts of my dads shed which i hope he doesnt mind, so updates will probably be a little more longer in between  anyhow, i have sarted getting bits and bobs as new or new as possible, and have so far managed to obtain rear shocks, £10, new drilled and grooved discs, £50, new coolant bottle unfortunately from Renault, £36, new set of alloys with nearly new tyres (yoko's i believe), £200, these are only 15' wheels as i believe in keeping the wheel sizes as original, and these tyre sizes might be reasonably priced when coming to replace them.
I also have a new radiator to pop in when the time arises, that i bought off ebay a while ago for around £30 if i remember rightly.

I will hopefully be stripping the engine down to the last nut and bolt at some point soon, and inspecting all of the components and replacing anything that needs doing, as well as being cleaned thoroughly.

The interior will also be removed and cleaned thoroughly, and everything will be checked to make sure it is working correctly, even down to the last dashboard bulb.

Don't worry about time, my turbo project has been in the making for years!

I wouldn't bother with a website tbh, you're better off sticking with this thread. No point having a site that no-one knows about when it'll be seen by like minded enthusiasts and bbracer here.

Best of luck eitehr way and may your torx not round Wink

think its best to get most of the bits before hand and do most things at once then, going to get braided brake hoses next on the shopping list

Pictures, go here: www.imageshack.us

Upload on there, once done it will give you the forum code to paste it on here.

Get the original alloys refurbed for £30 a wheel, add an extra £5 a wheel for a diamond cut polished rim for a bit of extra bling, or even get the whole things polished for £50 but please don't fit Jet 100's they'll look gash! Mint standard rims will make the car.
