Hi all, this is my first time on the site and it looks good, I drive a 92 16v cab in williams blue and looking for a few bits and bobs to restore to original glory, does anyone have the head cover with the 16v logo on it (VGC), Know where I can get a replacement rear window for the cabriolet, and a phase 1 bonnet in blue that doe'snt leak like the titanic!!!!

get the cover new, its a tenner

new window isn't cheap. cheaper to get another hood.

Why is it leaking? is it rusted away or is it just dripping into the plug wells as all ph1's do?

The paint on the bonnet has faded due to a bad spray and yes water in the plugs. Living in 'sunny( lmao) scotland' its a pain in the a**!! is there any tips to preventing water getting in, i've tried to grease the leads but that does'nt work. :?

Where in scotland are you from? Not sure about the water in the plugs, I believe there is some fix though that some 19 boffin will make you aware of.

Bolt onto the underside of bonnet jobbie, not let me down yet. Saw a ph1 at work the other week which had the hole filled with bathroom sealant.

Wouldn't that just cause rainwater to fill up the vent?
